What are the symptoms of liver cirrhosis?

The major symptoms that cause liver cirrhosis are

  • Hepatitis B and C.
  • Alcoholic liver disease.
  • Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
  • Genetic diseases affecting the liver (including Wilson’s disease and hemochromatosis).
  • Diseases that affect the bile ducts (the tubes that carry bile away from the liver), such as primary sclerosing cholangitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, and biliary atresia.
