Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Training Session

An integrated Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training session was conducted for 200 staff nurses. It was designed to provide the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner and to help the participants enhance their skills in the treatment of the cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergencies. The program included lectures, demonstration, role plays and discussions. Speakers – Dr Swathi, Dr Maneender, Ms. Swathi, Mr. Manoj & Ms. Sumalatha.
